The 30-Day Ritual
Greatness takes time. Every patty we serve starts with ethically raised, grass-fed beef that undergoes a strict 30-day dry-aging process in our climate-controlled cellars. This concentrates the flavor, adding nutty, earthy notes that you simply cannot find anywhere else.
